The list was published by the World of Wanderlust portal. The competing cities were those, which - according to the organisers - are suitable for romantic vacation for lovers. Apart from Wrocław, the list includes Austrian Hallstatt, Czech Krumlov, Cinque Terre from Italy, Bavaria in Germany and St. Moritz in Switzerland. The place that ranked first was Belgian Brugge.
Wrocław scored because of the fact that she is just the choice for those that want to enjoy being away from tourist crowds. The city is both colourful and charming, and full of architectural gems. According to the organisers, a walk around Wrocław Old Town will forever remain in your memory.
